• By airplane: From Barcelona Airport there is a train every 20 minutes to the Sants train station in Barcelona.
   
• By train: From the Sants train station in Barcelona, take the Sant Celoni train to Santa Maria de Palautordera. These trains run approximately every 40 minutes The journey to Santa Maria de Palautordera takes about 40 minutes. From the train station to the entrance of the town (marked by a
CEPSA-ELF petrol station) is about 2 km, and from there to Dhamma Neru Vipassana Centre is another 1km.

By car: From highway A7, take exit 11. 100 metres after the highway toll booth, turn left onto the C-251 in the direction of Granollers.
After 1.7 km turn right towards Santa Maria de Palautordera on the BV-5301. Follow this road for about 3 km to the entrance of the town (marked by
a CEPSA-ELF petrol station). At this point, you cannot take a left turn, so continue on to the
roundabout, go all the way round and head back to the petrol station where you take a right turn.
After 300 metres you will see the first Vipassana sign on the left. Continue for 800 metres until you see the second sign and turn left. Continue straight until you see the third sign. Turn right and continue for 200 metres to the Dhamma Neru Vipassana Centre.
